And the reason that is, is because – and don’t get me wrong, it can work in your advantage as well – but the reason the disadvantage would come in is due to the fact that maybe your competition hears about it, and they go and lease the space before you. So, teaming up with the proper real estate agent can help you get into a location prior to your competition arriving.

Another good reason you should hire a real estate agent is just due to them understanding all the moving pieces related to moving your business: finding the right attorney, finding the proper accountant that they can align you with that then, in turn, will determine if you have it in your budget to pay the monthly rent. And also, helping find contractors that can help you with your buildout to make sure you’re not getting in over your head with unexpected costs.
