Hey guys! So often, I get asked, “Where is the best place in your market to look for commercial real estate?” There’s so many options nowadays. You got realtor.com, commercialsearch.com, 42 Floors, LoopNet, Brevitas… I can keep on going.

I will tell you: in most markets, LoopNet tends to have the most inventory available for you and for people that are looking to move their business. Also, remember Craig’s List, remember other search engines such as Facebook; you never know where somebody may list an available space.

That all being said, I still to this day think LoopNet in all markets is probably the best search engine.
