One would be a measuring tape. If you have a measuring tape, I would bring it, because a real estate agent may forget it.

Another thing is – and you probably have it, but – your phone. Taking pictures of spaces while you’re there is extremely important because then you can remember all the spaces that you looked at, as you’ll probably be looking at quite a few.

Another thing to consider bringing is your real estate agent. I strongly recommend hiring your real estate agent, and the reason I would say that is because they can help you through this process as you try to determine the best location for your success as a small business owner.
