I’m Bucky Beeman, commercial real estate agent with RGI in Rochester, Minnesota. I want to provide a tip for you today if you’re a commercial real estate agent, and here is what I have for newbies:

Newbies are often wondering, “Do I need to type this email super professional?” “Do I need to send this text with a lot of details?” You know, you’re not any longer texting your friends where you’re sending emojis – you’re texting clients. And one tip I would provide is consider voice as a way to get your message across. Just because, if you’re like me, writing is not a strength, and because of that, if you send a voice memo, you’re definitely going to cover what it is your thoughts [are], and also what your tone is to that topic.
