A universal experience of CRE work is meeting with people, and messages about meetings can get messy quickly. Here, I propose a tool that worked reliably for me and saved me a lot of time and connections.

I’m Bucky Beeman, commercial real estate agent in Rochester, Minnesota with RGI. I wanted to provide a tip if you’re a commercial real estate agent, if you’re a newbie, and here is my tip for you:
Often I’ve spent so much time in trying to coordinate meetings – the back and forth, the emails, the texts – and then, next thing you know, you messed up the time, you put it in your calendar wrong, you put it on the wrong day. Get a tool.
I use Calendly. There’s multiple tools out there, where you send a link and people can fill in the time that they are able to meet with you, whether it be at a coffee shop, or at your office. And you can set so many parameters as to the location and the times that you block when you are available, when you’re not available. And I think this tool can save you hours. It can save you missed meetings.
So definitely consider a tool like Calendly if you are looking at making your meeting times more efficient.
