Hi, I’m Bucky Beeman, commercial real estate agent with RGI in Rochester, Minnesota. Just wanted to give you a couple tips as a commercial real estate agent that I’ve learned over the last couple years.
One is – and this was a compliment I received from a co-worker of mine, saying – the way I respond to emails, he actually enjoyed the way that it was written. And what I do when people people as questions, is I don’t necessarily on top of those questions put it in the copy of the email. I actually, after each individual question, will put my answer, and I’ll often do it in a different text color, so red or blue, just so it stands out. And I think that way of writing it can just make it quicker for someone to find what the answers are. Because that’s what they’re looking for, to their questions, versus having to read a super long paragraph to figure out each individual answer.
