Hey guys! I want to give you a couple apps that you should consider downloading when you’re looking for commercial space.

One is LoopNet. I really like their mobile app. It’s very easy to search for commercial space no matter the market that you’re in. 

Another app that I would consider is onX Hunt. Now, this is one that you have to pay for on a yearly basis, but it is very nice, because it can allow you to understand who the property owners are in this market that you’re looking for your space. This app had been built for the hunting industry for people to find locations for their hunt that they are looking to do. It actually works extremely well for commercial real estate as well.
