Hey, it’s Bucky Beeman, commercial real estate agent out of Rochester, Minnesota with RGI. I wanted to share with you three individuals that I think you should follow if you are in the commercial real estate industry online.
Number one (no particular order), Eddie Gonzalez. Eddie is an advisor out of Phoenix, Arizona. He got started in the business over three and a half years ago. I’ve been following his journey online and found him first through Snapchat, believe it or not, and then it led to us doing a podcast, and I’ve been seeing him crush it! On Instagram, Linked In, and now Tik Tok, this guy is not afraid of what people think, and he just puts content out there with what he feels is right, what fits his day to day business, what fits his personality, and he’s doing an awesome job at it. So, be sure to go follow Eddie Gonzalez. He has a couple different user names. One is @azcre, I think that’s the TikTok user name. You’ll have to look up Eddie Gonzalez and see where you can find him. It usually has a commercial building and a cactus after his user name.
Number two: Beth Azor. Beth has – she’s like the coach. She’s the queen when it comes to education and different ways to fill vacancies as a commercial real estate agent, and she is canvassing, she’s teaching people how to canvas, she’s speaking at ICSC, she’s crushing it on Linked In, she has a great following on YouTube. She does webinars, you can sign up for some of her coaching… she really is providing, in my opinion, some of the best knowledge to commercial real estate agents out there in different ways to help build their business and do things differently.
Number three: Jay Siano of Saber Real Estate based out of New Jersey. This guy has completely went all in on content creation. He has somebody that helps him create a vlog on a consistent basis. His brand is something that is completely not what you usually see in commercial real estate. It has personality; it’s not something you would imagine is in this glass office building. You can tell by what these people are producing on their team – and it’s not just Jay it’s his entire team – they are fun! They are good and passionate about their job. They are putting their listings out there in ways that others are not. And because of that, it’s getting attention, I believe, for in their local market, but also in the industry. So go follow Sabre Real Estate, see some of the cool things that they are up to on social media.
